Deposit Insurance is also very important because it is very important for the safety system and promotes stability in the financial system. But this Deposit Insurance doesn’t protect to the depositors in case of any fraud or theft. Deposit Insurance is usually a fixed amount which paid by depositor. Mostly people landed or invest their money in banks, so it will be a bad impression on the account holders if they failed to repay their amount if it due. The costumers wants to withdraw the money quickly, so the bankers have to pay it quickly to costumer as it is their responsibility to repay the amount that a costumer wants to withdraw and Deposit Insurance policy helps banks to easily repay the amount and feel them comfort that their funds are not at risk.
